Care instructions
- Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It's not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.
Shipping & Production
Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 2 to 10 business days for production as all orders are custom made.
Transit times following the production process can range from 1-10 business days depending on your proximity to our distribution center. We use a global network of distribution centers. Generally orders to the USA and Europe arrive within 7 days. The rest of the world can take up to 28 days.
Returns & Shipping
We offer a 100% Stress Free Quality Guarantee on all purchases. If, for any reason during the first 30 days you are not happy with an item you received from Camp, we will gladly accept size exchanges.
Please be aware that exchanges can only be processed for items that are in new condition.
Items that have been worn, stained, washed, smell of fragrances or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please follow the care instructions on the label of our items. Free exchanges are not available for damage caused by improper washing.
One free exchange is allowed per item for sizing issues. Exchanges for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors are also covered for free.
